Colored Folders by Pendaflex in Black

This is a short post today, but I have to say was pleasantly surprised when I came across these Pendaflex Colored Hanging Folders that I picked up to use in my new Pottery Barn desk.  I was happy to find these colored hanging file folders because at some point I had mentally just come to the conclusion that hanging file folders pretty much only came in blue and green.

Initially when I bought these colored hanging file folders I had no intent of posting about them on the blog, but I remembered that I get the occasional question about certain office supplies in specific colors because some of you out there like to have all of your office supplies color coordinated.  For those of you that fall into that group, these Pendaflex Colored Hanging File Folders, come in a pretty big selection of colors including the following:

• Black
• Blue
• Burgundy
• Bright Green
• Gray
• Navy
• Orange
• Red
• Teal
• Violet
• Yellow
• Aqua
• Assorted Bright Colors

I’m not sure why it never occurred to me that these colored hanging file folders would come in such a wide variety of colors, but I was very pleased to see that they do.  I really wanted to grab some of the orange hanging folders because I do love orange, but I decided to go with a more modest choice of black because I thought the orange would be way too much of a contrast with my black desk.  Anyway, I hope some of you are as excited with this find as I was and that you have some use for these colored hanging folders.  If you know of any other mundane office supplies that at least come in some fashionable colors let us know so we can get on a review of those as well.
