Enjoy some fried rice with your weekend curry!

If you’re looking to inject a bit of personality into your vegetable recipes, you can’t go far wrong with preparing a nice, spicy vegetable curry!

There’s some fantastic recipes out there for some excellent veggie curries, so, really, it’s just a case of finding the one you fancy making! Once you’ve found the one that you fancy, you’ll need to prepare some rice, and in this writer’s opinion there isn’t anything quite like some fried rice!

Curry fried rice is a simple fried rice recipe whereby a little flavour of the exotic curry leaves is added to the rice recipe. The main flavour in this recipe comes from the curry leaves. You may use the whole leaves or just a powder of dried curry leaves in this rice recipe. This is one of those fried rice recipes whereby the smell of the soy sauce is not dormant.
