Many people find these types of exercising boring and tedious. For those who dread regular exercising, try a class in order to slim down your waistline. One of the best classes for loosing inches around your waist is belly dancing. This allows you to lose tons of calories while having fun and looking sexy. Hula-hooping also gives you similar results and you can do it at home.

All the cardio and diet in the world is no good if the muscles under that fat are lose. Strength training tightens the muscles so you can get that 6 pack you’ve always wanted. As more muscle replaces fat, your metabolism speeds up and burns more and more calories than ever before.
It’s important to have at least 20 minute cardio sessions at least 5 times a week to maintain a slim and toned waist. Strength training sessions should be done at least 3 times a week for a 30 minute session.

It’s best to try to deal with you stress in more positive ways. Bad posture is another thing that can make you appear larger. Standing up straight will make your waist look slimmer.
