Following the launch of the super-capacity French-door refrigerator – the largest of the LG refrigerators available – the ever-innovative brand have taken their message social by way of their ‘LG Ultimate Jelly Bean Count Contest.’

The contest is an online competition conducted over Facebook that challenges anyone and everyone to guess how many jelly beans can fit inside the spacious refrigerator.

The winner will receive a complete kitchen makeover, built around LG’s premium kitchen suite valued at more than $6,500.

Super-Capacity

The super-capacity French-door refrigerator offers the largest capacity of any 36-inch refrigerator currently on the market.

With most 36-inch-width refrigerators offering 25 cubic feet of capacity, LG offers a spacious 31 cubic feet – approximately six more cubic feet of space than standard models for this footprint.

Contest

Facebook users and LG fans alike are able to enter the contest by watching a video via the LG Facebook page – online now. Next, they must click the ‘Like’ button, this becoming an official Facebook fan of the LG page.

They are then asked to make three guesses as to how many jelly beans can fit into the large capacity refrigerator.

Entrants are encouraged to share the news of the contest with their fellow Facebook friends, as well as the opportunity to get involved themselves, by ‘gifting’ a jelly bean.

Prizes

Each week a winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants – they will receive a $100 gift card to spend through LG.

The contest, which will run for just six weeks, will culminate in choosing a winner based on the closest guess – without being over – of the number of jelly beans that can fit in the French-door refrigerator.

The grand prize is an LG Ultimate Kitchen Makeover – with the new super-capacity French-door refrigerator and other premium LG appliances, including a freestanding double-oven range, a steam dishwasher, and an over-the-range microwave.
