We are trying something a little different this month with the announcement of our giveaway winner. We will still continue to send email to all of our subscribers, but the majority of the content we would normally share via email will now be found here on the site instead. There are multiple reasons for this change, but the biggest is that by changing the content of the emails, it should allow more people to see and open them, and make it less likely for our winners to miss out on claiming their prizes. With the previous method, many Gmail accounts (which are the majority of our subscribers) were automatically having our email dropped into other folders rather than your in-box. With that housekeeping out of the way, our winner this month is:
If you are Teresa, just reply to the email that you got today so we can get the ball rolling with the selection of your prize pack from our friends that help provide some of the fine pens here, Goldspot.

I also wanted to share a quick update to follow up on the review that we did of the Sprout Herb Pencils. As you can see from the photos above and below, I finally planted the seeds and we have our first herb just breaking through the soil after only a few days. I didn’t realize when I bought these that they come in both a Sprout Herb Pencil as well as a Sprout Flower Pencil pack, so check those both out if you are interested.

Here is the top view too. As you can see, I had to move the pencil stub from the center of the pot to the corner so I could get a good picture and so the pencil was not in the way of the growing herbs. For those of you that are curious, this is the window planter that I picked up from Amazon to plant these in.
Also, just a reminder that the National Stationery Show starts on Sunday, and I will be attending on Monday morning/afternoon. The plan is to share lots of great pictures of what I come across via our Twitter and Instagram feeds, so follow us there if you would like to see what cool office supplies we come across on Monday. If you are going to be there on Monday too, let me know, I’d love to meet up and chat.
