The Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones by Anker – Straight on View
The other day when I was shopping online for an external battery for my tablet, the suggestions by Amazon led me to a pretty nice little portable aluminum tablet stand. At just under $10, I was a little skeptical, but at that price I was also pretty open to giving it a shot just to see.
Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones by Anker – Push Button Lock and Angle Adjustment
The Anker Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones has a simple round button at the hinge on the left side that you push in to adjust the angle of the stand. Once you push the button in, it unlocks the stand allowing for adjustment and then the back leg locks into the next available slot to hold its angle. That back leg also folds up flat against the back making this a pretty small unit that is also very easy to travel with and throw into your laptop bag.
Rubber feet on the Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones by Anker
The main bodyof the multi-angle stand for tablets and smartphones is made of a solid aluminum while the rear leg and button for the hinge are made of plastic. There are rubber accents at the bottom of the plastic leg, the bottom of the unit itself for feet, and the area where the bottom of the tablet rests inside the stand. Each of the rubber accents help to keep things stable, in their place and avoid things from getting scratched.
Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones by Anker Upright
The above picture shows the Anker multi-angle stand for tablets and smartphones in an upright position, but slightly angled. There is one level beyond this that puts the tablet in an even more straight up and down position.

Multi-Angle Stand for Tablets and Smartphones by Anker
Overall I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the build quality of this tablet stand from Anker. Keep in mind that this is a generic item so it doesn’t have specific slots or spaces for things like charging cables, but as long as you can flip your tablet or smart phone in multiple directions, you can find a way to make it work for you. For me, the biggest benefit so far has been when it comes to having the multi-angle stand for tablets and smart phones to help me in the kitchen. Its great for dropping my tablet in so I can see recipes easily. I’m sure there are dozens of other uses, but this was probably one of the best recommendations I’ve taken advantage of on Amazon so I just thought I’d share here.
