For those that suffer from seasonal allergies it seems that nothing can “kick in” quite as fast as needed. The headaches, runny noses, and itchy watery eyes can be enough to make one stay indoors for the season. Yet what many individuals that suffer from seasonal allergies don’t realize is that they can be prevented. Seasonal allergies should not slow you down. Locally sourced honey is an easy and natural way to prevent seasonal allergies. By locally sourced, I mean the honey is sourced not where it is acquired. The reason locally sourced honey works in preventing seasonal allergies is quite simple. The pollen that would trigger your seasonal allergies are collected and made into honey by bees.
