document formatting servicesEver hear the joke about document formatting services?

They’re always justified.

No one likes an ugly document. Our affordable services make your report visually appealing.

But a properly formatted document doesn’t just look good. It’s also easier to read. (If you need one-stop shopping, then our editing services can help.)

Our Document Formatting Services
RedLine's document formatting services

Our work makes your work look good, but it also makes your content easier to digest.

Good formatting matters because people like consistency. (There are no surprises that way.)

This is especially true for a cognitive task such as reading. Readers don’t want to have to make sense of visual “clutter.” In fact, without consistency, you may end up distracting your readers.

We check and correct all page elements in your document, such as head styles, lists, images, captions, and tables.

Our checklist shows what you get when you buy document formatting services.

RedLine was a pleasure to work with! They were highly knowledgeable, responsive, and detail-oriented, always taking the time to explain detailed report design options and their pros and cons in relation to our audience. We were quite happy with the finished product.

Document Types Accepted

We accept all document types; in fact, we’ve never received a file type that we can’t work with. RedLine works with Microsoft products such as Word and PowerPoint as well as Adobe products such as InDesign.

We typically work in the following formats: DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, INDD, IDML, PDF, etc.

If you have images that need to be modified, then we’ll handle that, too. We accept just about any file extension: PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, etc.

With our document formatting services, you get the file format that you want, such as an InDesign document or a PDF. But we’ll give you advice based on how you plan to publish your document (print, online, or both).

Send us your document for a quote—we’d love to work with you!
