Adult 10 Hour Academy Suitable for players of all levels, this comprehensive five day programme runs in the weekday mornings 9:00am to 11:00am, Monday to Friday every week. The course consists of teaching the basic fundamentals for beginners and to allow the more experienced to fine-tune their technique. Beforehand, players are graded and put into groups of equal experience. Each morning throughout the week, on court coaching will be given for Forehand, Backhand, Serve, Volley, Service return, Singles and doubles tactics, Smash, Approach shots, Lobs, Drop shots, Topspin / slice and Match play. Adult 15 Hour Academy This course is an additional 5 hours on top of the above adult 10 hour tennis academy programme. Consisting of two hours of on-court coaching each morning plus one hour in the air-conditioned Academy room which include the additional hour each day (9:00am to 12:00 noon) of the following: Computer-assisted shot analysis using the latest V1 digital coaching technology, Digital footage of tennis technique and tactics and a personal player profile. Adult 25 Hour Gold Academy In addition to the highly popular 10 and 15 hour courses, the Tennis Centre also offers an intensive 25 hour tennis tuition programme. This 5 day course consists of five hours each day from Monday to Friday. 9:00am to 12:00 noon and again from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. This extensive tennis programme covers all the technical, tactical, physical and mental skills you need to become a tennis champion. The course is broken down into 15 hours coaching, 10 hours match play organised by your coach and 2 hours complimentary court hire on Saturday. Adult Weekend Warrior Academy If you wish for a great weekend of tennis, then this academy course is for you. The weekend courses run from Friday to Sunday for all tennis players in a friendly, sociable atmosphere. This unique experience is led by highly experienced coaches to provide 6 hours of coaching, 4 hours match play organised by your coach and 10% discount on individual coaching. In addition every player who attends the adult tennis academy will receive a 5 day pass for complimentary use of the gymnasium at the La Manga Tennis Centre. Under 19s 10 Hour Academy

overing all the major techniques of the game. The full programme is open during the school holidays whilst a smaller programme is held throughout the remainder of the year. Juniors can learn and practise with players of similar age and ability by being grouped together from the following: 6 and under, 7-9 year olds, Under 9 advanced, 10-12 year olds, 13-15 year olds and 16-19 year olds. Under 19s 15 Hour PRO Academy Players must have an advanced standard of play and be regular tournament players in order to join the Pro Academy. Operating weekly during July and August and at Easter and half terms, Monday to Friday. The 15 hour tennis programme is split into two sessions in the morning and afternoon. Tennis players can choose to take part in the full programme or the afternoon session only. Under 19s 25 Hour PRO Academy In order to join the Junior Pro Academy, players be regular tournament players with an advanced standard of play. Operating weekly from Monday to Friday during July, August, Easter and school half terms, with one or two hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon. The programme is split into two sessions with a maximum of 4 players per court. The 2 hour morning session runs from 08:00-10:00 (1 hour, 08:00-09:00 for 10&U). This is then followed by a more intensive 3 hour session from 16:00-19:00. Players can choose to take part in the full programme or the afternoon session only. Private Tennis Lessons – 45 Minutes For one to one private tuition, the resident tennis professionals are able to provide lessons of 45 minutes in length to which a tailor made tennis coaching programme can be designed. With each lesson 45 minutes, you can either have one to one tuition or have a maximum of 2 people on each lesson. Private tennis coaching sessions are available for all ages and standards of player. Individual Tennis Court Hire – 1 Hour La Manga Club provides tennis players with 28 courts in this luxury resort. Tennis court hire is of a duration of an hour to which you can choose from the three different surfaces. 20 clay courts, 4 hard courts and 4 artificial grass courts. The tennis centre at La Manga Club is one of the largest in Europe so you will be guaranteed to find everything here. Weekly Tennis Court Hire If you are planning on a tennis holiday but do not wish to participate within training programmes then you can of course hire out a court on a weekly basis. This works out a cost effective option instead of hourly court hire. Both 1 hour and weekly tennis court hire options can be booked or arranged when you arrive at La Manga Club.
