What to Eat for Breast Enhancement

Many women are unhappy with the size of their breasts. Although some would prefer smaller breasts, it seems to be more common for women to want to increase their bust size. When surgery isn’t desirable, many women turn to natural methods of breast enhancement. One such method is to find and consume foods that will lead to a natural increase in bust size.

If the goal is to increase breast size through the consumption of certain foods, the logical way to go about that would be to consume foods containing estrogen. This is because estrogen is the hormone responsible for breast growth during puberty. The idea is to reproduce the conditions to make that happen. Many women and naturopaths swear by the use of estrogen in foods to help this along.

In China, it is common for girls to eat chicken head soup in order to ensure that their breasts develop. This is due to the belief that chicken heads contain a great deal of estrogen. However, in most cultures it is more common to use foods rich in different types of phytoestrogen, or plant estrogen.

Fenugreek is the most commonly used herb for breast enhancement. Rich in phytoestrogens, it is included in most natural supplements aimed at increasing bust size. Fenugreek’s main culinary use is as an ingredient in curry. Its sprouts are bitter but edible. As an alternative, fenugreek is also available as a tea.

Fennel is also rich in phytoestrogens. Common to Indian cuisine, it is often used as a seasoning. The seeds can be consumed, and the plant itself can be prepared as a vegetable. Fennel can also be added to lotion and applied topically to the breasts.

Soy is a major source of phytoestrogens and is one of the most commonly used ingredients today. Soy nuts, soy beans, soybean oil, tofu, and soy milk are just a few of the ways to consume soy.

Flax seeds are rich in phytoestrogens. They are a tasty addition to many baked goods, including breads, cookies, and muffins. Flax seeds can also be added to cereal, especially hot cereal.

Sesame seeds, also known as til, are also a good source of phytoestrogens. Like flax seeds, sesame seeds are easy to add to many foods. In addition, tahini is a paste made from sesame seeds. Sesame oil is also said to be effective when applied topically.

Wild yam is edible but should not be confused with yams or sweet potatoes. A good source of phytoestrogens, it is also available in supplement form and as a tea. In addition, wild yam powder can be added to lotion and applied to the breasts.

Care should be taken to keep newly created breast tissue healthy. Beans, berries, broccoli, cauliflower, lentils, oranges, and whole grains are among the foods that help prevent cancer. Caffeine should be avoided because it counteracts the benefits of the herbs.

Certain medications and medical conditions may make it inadvisable to consume some of these foods. It is also important to note that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not endorse any of these products as a means to breast enhancement. Anyone wishing to use foods to increase bust size should understand that there is no guarantee of success.
